Dear Parents and Guardians,

I want to take this opportunity to wish you a peaceful and healthy new year. We are delighted to welcome our children back to school and look forward to a successful and productive 2024.

Attendance has improved post covid in our school but this could improve even further.

A day of school missed is a day of your child’s education which is lost.

Please aim for 100% attendance as we move forward into 2024.

School uniform is our badge of identity, we must wear it with pride, it sets us apart from other schools.

Please ensure that your child wears full school uniform every day.

No coloured trainers please, shoes should be black. Grey or Black tights for girls; no sports gear or football shirts should be worn to school.

School Dinners will be free to ALL of our children in the month of January. This is thanks to a very generous donation from the Belfast Charitable Society.

As always, we are very busy and I have included some dates to make you aware of important sacramental times.

First Penance for Year 3: Tuesday March 5^th 2024 at 11am. Greencastle.

Confirmation for Year 7: Wednesday March 13^th 2024 at 11am. Greencastle.

Communion for Year 4: Friday May 31^st 2024 at 11am. Greencastle.
